Turkey Plans Evacuation Amid Lebanon-Israel Conflict

The conflict between Israel and Lebanon is intensifying. Turkey is preparing to evacuate its citizens and nationals from nearly 20 other countries. The Turkish foreign ministry issued a warning on Tuesday. It said Lebanon’s security could get worse.

Turkey has plans to evacuate citizens by air or sea. Preparations are ongoing. The ministry also confirmed that nationals from about 20 countries have requested help. These people are also part of the evacuation plans.

Turkey condemned Israel’s ground operations in Lebanon. It also called these actions “an illegal invasion attempt.” Ankara warned that the offensive threatens security in the region. It also said the conflict could lead to new waves of migration.

The Turkish foreign ministry urged Israel to stop its military actions immediately. It warned that continued conflict could cause further instability in the region. Turkey is closely monitoring the situation as tensions continue to rise. (CNN)
